Position: Customer Relationship Support & Accounts Administration

Felicity is a recent addition to the Viking Office Systems team. Coming from a background of busy customer facing offices has equipped her brilliantly to deal with Viking’s client base. Also providing first line support to the engineers who are out and about on the road and providing administrative support to the rest of the office, Felicity has already proven herself a valuable member of the team. Outside of working hours Felicity enjoys keeping fit, shopping and unwinding in front of a good movie with a glass of wine.

Name: Andrew Wheeler

Position: Senior Laserfiche Technician

Andrew moved to the Isle of Man from his native Northern Ireland about 14 years ago, and has been a member of the Viking Office Systems technical team for the past 11 years. Andrew is a skilled technician with considerable experience in the field of document management. He is well versed in the functions of the market leading Laserfiche office management programmes, which can link office machines to a company’s computer system for purposes such as the indexing and logging of material.  Andrew is a keen gamer outside of work, he enjoys blowing up a number of things on his xbox 360.

Name: Caz Dougherty

Position: Scanning Operative

Caz first joined Viking in March 2011, joining our highly specialised Scanning Bureau. In the last few months Caz has found her feet well and become a reliable member of the Document Management team, working well to ensure that clients receive their scanning to the highest standard whilst also getting to grips with Laserfiche. In her spare time, Caz is heavily involved with traditional Manx groups, singing folk music in Manx Gaelic as well as speaking the language and spreading the word of Manx.

Name: Graham Norman

Position: Service Supervisor

If there’s anything you need to know about the many developments in the office machine business then you couldn’t do better than page the Viking Office Systems ‘oracle’ Graham Norman! Despite his long service in the office machinery business he still manages to retain his enthusiasm: ‘I suppose if I wanted to I could retire, but the fact is I enjoy the job too much,’ he said. ‘Viking is a great company to work for – I’ve been with them for around six years and it’s good fun.’  Graham’s particular area of expertise is in the larger, high volume machines, including both copiers and large scale shredders. Graham is also a keen fisherman in his spare time, and goes out fishing whatever the weather!
