The Viking Care Maintenance Assurance Plan provides the coverage necessary to maintain your MFP or printing devices in the face of the technological changes that are an inevitable part of doing business. Your Viking Care Maintenance plan contains the following:
Dedicated Support Engineers
Seven support engineers based on the Isle of Man will serve as your primary contact for equipment. You will be also given the following:
• Telephone, both land line and Mobile.
• Guaranteed response times.
• Guaranteed loan machine.
• Guaranteed genuine manufacturer parts, and consumables.
• Guaranteed Consumable deliveries within eight hours.
• Reports and statistics, on your machine performance, and our performance available on request from out state of the art management system.
• Technicians armed with your machine history on line via PDA’s.
• Access to a dedicated Customer Relationship Manager.
Preventative Maintenance
Guaranteed monthly visits to check and optimize your equipment, the Support Engineer will check your machines for wear and tear, and report back any issues to the Technical Manager. We hope to see problems and rectify them before the customer does.
Information Direct from the Manufacturer
Service Engineers trained on the latest products and to the highest standard, equipped with the latest technical data and resources. The latest machine software available from the manufacturer free of charge.
End User Training
Your Viking Care Package, contains four free hours training, ideal for new starters.

Implementation Consulting
The Viking Care Package contains quartely consultation visit or on request, to assess the way you are using equipment, and to see if Viking can help and improve the way your company is using it, we can advise from the ground up, from basic scanning practice, printing practice, i.e. secure printing. We will not tell you what to do, but maybe identify, quicker or better methods on using your equipment.
Enhanced Services
Viking Office Services can also provide more in depth technical help and advice, ranging from host printing, variable data printing, and printing from legacy systems. We can also provide more in-depth and extensive user training. These services are usually chargeable; please contact Viking for further details.
